 Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with Thirteen Thirteen Boutique! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, Thirteen Thirteen allows you to return it for store credit within 14 days of the delivery date, subject to the following terms:

Eligibility for Returns:
   Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or store credit. Any items that appear to have been worn, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.

Return Process:
   To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@thirteenthirteenboutique.com within the 14-day return window. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Store Credit:

   Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue store credit for the value of the returned item(s). Store credit will be issued in the form of a digital code sent to your email, which can be used on future purchases. Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and does not expire.

Processing Time:
   Please allow up to 7 business days after we receive your return for your store credit to be processed. You will receive an email notification once your store credit has been issued. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for store credit and place a new order using the store credit provided from return!
